Commercial lawyers at the APS6 or EL1 level - looking to transfer to a different agency?

We’re looking for an APS6 or EL1 level commercial lawyer to join a prestigious Commonwealth agency in Canberra. You'll be working in a friendly, experienced and high-performing commercial team.

You'll have 3+ years' PQE with solid commercial, contracting, procurement and/or grants experience, as well as an understanding of the Finance Law.

You'll need an existing NV1 (or higher) security clearance.

This role is only available to current APS staff via a section 26 transfer.
