Litigation Lawyer - Senior Associate with 8+ years' PAE - secondment opportunity
We’re recruiting a Litigation Lawyer (Senior Associate with 8+ years' PAE) to work with a Commonwealth agency. You'll be managing large, complex civil litigation caseloads as well as mentoring a junior solicitor.
Ideally, you'll be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra, available to work full time, and able to attend the Department’s offices at least 2 days/week. Hybrid work arrangements available, and part time arrangements will be considered.
You'll have demonstrated experience in Commonwealth civil litigation, including in managing caseloads and mentoring staff.
Initial six-month contract starting asap, with possible extension to 30 Jun 2026.
