Secondment opportunity - administrative/public law lawyer

We're recruiting an administrative/public law lawyer for a secondment with a Government client. You'll have at least four years' PAE, focusing on statutory interpretation and advice writing, and experience in:

  • information law, including privacy and/or FOI; and/or

  • administrative law matters, such as advising administrative decision-makers; and/or

  • assisting in the preparation of statements of reasons, and the handling of AAT matters (but no requirement for advocacy work in the AAT).

Experience in litigation would be highly regarded, but is not essential.

You'll be located on Canberra, Sydney or Melbourne, and consideration will be given to flexible working arrangements.

A Baseline (or higher) security clearance is required.

Initial three month secondment with the possibility of extension.
